One Straw Society's 2026 Food Security Raffles!

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    BC Gaming Event Licence #172948

    1 for $10.00; 500 tickets
    5 for $20.00; 1000 tickets
    20 for $50.00; 1000 tickets
    50 for $100.00; 3000 tickets

  3. 3. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #172950

    5 for $10.00; 900 tickets
    30 for $20.00; 5400 tickets
    150 for $50.00; 27000 tickets
    300 for $75.00; 9000 tickets
    500 for $100.00; 16000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $9,925.00.

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at One Tiny Farm, 3146 Beach Avenue, Roberts Creek, BC V0N 2W2

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://onestraw.rafflenexus.com/winners on August 30, 2026.

  5. 5. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the One Straw Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the One Straw Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  6. 6. Privacy

    One Straw Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  7. 7. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: events@onestraw.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  8. 8. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  9. 9. Other

    Please email our team at events@onestraw.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
