One Straw Society is raising critical funds to support the work of food security today, and long-term food resiliency for 7 generations from today. With donations and fundraising, we run community gardens, the Sunshine Coast Tool Library, a free and dignified foodbox program for people in need, subsidized workshops and hands-on food education, a community kitchen, the Fruit Tree Project, large-scale food systems policy initiatives, and more! This work is critical, and only possible through the support of the community.

Featuring courses by talented chefs, live music, garden cocktails featuring local ingredients, and twinkle lights in the gardens of flowers and herbs.
